Population: 330,000 inhabitants
Alicante is located in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula, directly on the Costa Blanca – one of the most beautiful Spanish coasts. The Romans named the city "Lucentum", city of light, and captured the character of this radiant palm-lined city facing the sea, which enjoys an extremely pleasant climate. Furthermore it is a university city which you can tell as you walk its streets. Its magnificent avenues, the modern port, the old quarter, its commercial zones and the incomparable city beach are very attractive and make it difficult to visit the city only once.

From the airport in Alicante
By bus (20-30 minutes)
The bus “ALCOYANA C-6” leaves the airport every day, every 20 minutes from 5:30 to 24:00 to the center. It’s a 100m walk from the stop „Mercado Central“ to the school.

Take a taxi at the airport and indicate the direction.

From the bus station in Alicante
By bus (10 minutes)
Take the bus number 24 and get off at "Mercado Central", from there it’s a 100m walk to the school.

You can directly walk to the school from there (15 minutes)
From the airport in Valencia
By bus (3 hours)
There is a direct bus from the airport Valencia – Manises to the bus station in Alicante. It leaves five times a day. For the timetable see www.alsa.es.

By metro and train: (2 hours)
Take the metro from the airport to the stop « Joaquin Sorolla » and go to the train station RENFE. At the train station take the train Valencia – Alicante.
